A small patch fixing a cooking bug involving duplicate ingredients.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug where cooking with an ingredient that you had both in your bag and in your bank could consume the wrong copy. The banked stack would get drained while the ingredient you actually placed in the pot stayed untouched, making it look like nothing had been consumed at all. Cooking now always consumes the ingredient from your bag first.
