A small follow-up patch that cleans up an inventory display glitch from fishing.

Fixes

• Your bait count now always updates correctly when you cast. Previously it could sometimes fail to drop after a cast, then jump down by two on the next one, even though your actual bait supply was never wrong, just what the inventory panel showed you.
